For agencies

The service line you keep being asked for and cannot staff

Accessibility work arrives unpredictably, takes a specialist you cannot keep billable, and ends in a document you cannot issue. This is the part of that problem software can actually solve.

The shape of the problem

Irregular demand, specialist supply

The requests come in bursts — a client gets a demand letter, or loses a tender, or reads about the European Accessibility Act — and each one wants an answer this month. Between bursts there is not enough work to keep an accessibility specialist busy, and the specialists who exist are expensive precisely because that is true everywhere.

So the work gets quoted defensively, absorbed at a loss, or subcontracted to someone who then owns the client relationship. None of those are good outcomes for an agency that is otherwise perfectly capable of building accessible stores.

Repeatable across clients

The same loop on every store: scan, generate, apply server-side, re-validate in the served page, monitor. One process to learn, one process to price, twenty-five stores on a Scale plan.

Evidence you can send

Every applied fix leaves an append-only record of what was found, what was applied and what the re-validation saw. That is a deliverable, not a screenshot of a dashboard.

A certified tier to hand off

When a client needs a conformance statement and a VPAT/ACR, you have somewhere to send it that will not try to own the account. How the audit works.

Where this actually is

What exists today, and what does not

Shipped and in production:

  • Twenty-five stores under one Scale account, with daily monitoring.
  • Authenticated scanning, so account, basket and checkout get scanned signed in.
  • Per-store review queues, applied fixes, independent re-validation and conformance records.
  • The professional audit and the VPAT/ACR as a hand-off.

Designed, in build, not yet available:

  • A client grouping layer, so stores organise by client rather than as a flat list.
  • Per-client branding on reports and on the served statement.
  • A client-facing view you can give your client directly.

Branding is reserved on Scale for exactly this reason. When the agency layer lands, Scale accounts get it — and if agency pricing turns out to be its own tier, we will say so rather than quietly re-slicing what you already bought.

FAQ

Agency questions

Can I white-label it today?

Not yet. Branding is reserved on the Scale plan and the agency dashboard — client grouping, per-client branding, a client-facing view — is designed and in build rather than shipped. We would rather tell you that than take your money for a screenshot. Join the list and you will hear when it is real.

How do you handle several client stores now?

Scale covers twenty-five sites under one account with daily monitoring and authenticated scanning. You connect each client store, pair the plugin once, and work the review queue per site. It is a workable agency setup today; what it is missing is the client-facing layer.

What do I do when a client needs a certificate from a human audit?

Hand it to us. The professional audit is €1,950 including the VPAT/ACR, which is well under what hiring a certified auditor for a one-off engagement costs, and you keep the relationship. We are not going to sell your client a retainer behind your back.

Will you train my team?

The fix pages and guides are written to be genuinely instructive rather than a funnel — they are what we would tell your developers anyway. If you want something more structured for a specific stack, ask.
