There is no contact form here on purpose: a form would mean a third-party handler and a spam service on a site that promises neither, and email is easier to use than any form we would build.
How to reach us
Sales, plans and audit enquiries
Tell us what you sell, roughly how many stores, and what has prompted the question — a tender, a demand letter, a buyer asking for a conformance report, or simply wanting it done properly. The more of that we know, the less back-and-forth it takes.
An accessibility problem with this site
The page, what you were trying to do, and what browser and assistive technology you are using. You do not need to name a success criterion. We aim to acknowledge within two working days.
Plugin or scan support
The store URL, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a scan is involved, the scan link is the fastest thing you can send us.
Before you write about a scan
If your question is "what is wrong with my store", the scan answers it faster than we can: run it, then send us the link. It takes a couple of minutes, needs no signup, and gives us the same view you have.
Who we are
Klarvo Access is a sibling product to Klarvo, built by the same small team. You will be answered by someone who works on the engine, not by a tier-one queue. That is a genuine advantage of being small, and we intend to keep it for as long as we can.
